The winners from some of the many excellent entries into the Adventure Medic Student Photography Competition 2012.
We picked ‘Untitled’ by Rohan Goel as the winner because of its sense of epic scale, contrasting the towering lenticular cloud above the mountain with the ant-like figures below. Of the runners-up, we admired the technical skills of Christopher Tomlinson, the composition of Marcus Stevens and the way Colin Macalindin captured the excitement of the very moment of take-off.
